If you are returning an unused item, you must obtain prior approval from Block Imaging within five (5) days from receipt of shipment before a return is issued. Any item
returned to Block Imaging for credit (unused) shall be subject to a restock fee of no less than 25% unless otherwise agreed upon. Items that have been returned without
authorization or returned after fifteen (15) days will not be accepted and customer will be responsible for the full invoiced price.
