DIY 80w diode laser + cnc

Hello, i was reading around here and on google but I can't really find a good answer for me and maybe you can help me.

View Details

I want to make a DIY laser/ cnc but the problem is that I don't know what Board to use that will meet all my needs.
I like the new one from the Neje master 2s the fact that is 32bit but I need to connect Z axes to. So the laser will lower with each pass in LightBurn or for when I want to focus.

I would like to add a rotary module to.
I would like it to be fast and good as the one from neje
I would like to add a Dremel module for when I need to carve a little bit. (make a hot swap module)
I would like it to have some wireless capability's
I would like to add the LightBurn camera
I would like to add some display to show me some info/ control?
Do I need some special power source?
This is the laser that I will use: 80w Diod Laser

I appreciate all the help that I will get from this forum and you don't even know how much you will helm me with your answers.

Thank you all.

So the question is what would be the best board in your opinion that I can use

With competitive price and timely delivery, Tiper sincerely hope to be your supplier and partner.

Cutting 4 mm birch in a 80W Laser

what does defocused mean

The focal point of the lens should be at or very slightly below the surface of the material. If the focal point is much higher (= the material is too low) or much lower (= the material is too high), then the beam energy is spread over a larger area and doesn't deliver enough power to get the cutting done.

If the beam is properly focused through clean / aligned optics and it still doesn't cut, then something else is wrong.

Is a new problem on a laser you've been using for a while or is it an entirely new laser that never cut very well?
